The Advanced type of assessment is performed onsite utilising a customised PLC logging device to obtain actual data points specific to that pump installation. Data such as pressure, flow and energy consumption are measured to provide a validated performance duty of the existing system.

This information is then written into a report along with other site-specific information useful to enable an informed decision on best suited replacement pumping equipment.

Additional data including recommended operating start/stop levels in wastewater pump stations and in variable speed-controlled sites what optimum speed to provided maximum savings can also be provided.
